MONTES Winery was founded by pioneer Aurelio MONTES. With one and two estates in Chile's key wine producing regions, Curico Valley and Colchagua Valley, respectively, the company owns approximately 430ha of vineyards and exports 95% of its production to 83 countries, gaining a particularly high reputation overseas. Starting with the 2012 vintage, dry farming methods, which can reduce water usage by up to 80%, have been applied to produce wines of improved quality.
