It is the first winery to make white wine from the red wine variety Pinot Grigio. They produce the most modern wines using traditional varieties, and because they are produced at higher altitudes compared to existing wineries, the large temperature difference between day and night makes the rich aroma of the skins naturally delicious through the flesh.
