As sunglasses are fragile, which can be broken or get damaged during delivery, please check the condition of an item at the Pick-Up Counter and notify to the staff at the Pick-Up Counter if you find any kind of product defect(s). 2. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for a long time or to a place with high temperature and humidity as it may cause shape deformation of frame or cause the coating layer of lenses to be peeled off. Keep the item in a cool place. 3. Please note that exposure to cosmetics, hair products, sea water, sweat may cause discoloration of the frame. 4 .Please use cleaning product that is produced only for eye glasses or clean water to avoid scratches and wipe with a soft cloth. 5. Please do not wear the sunglasses on your head (as a hair band) as it might separate the glasses from the frame or the frame might become loosened. 6. Please note that A/S may not be available if you change the lenses to prescription lenses. 7. Please wipe with a soft cloth and keep it clean after you exercise.

* Please be advised that sunglasses are accessories likely to be damaged after being opened and Refund or Exchange is not possible except for the product defect caused by a manufacturer. Please make an examination of normality for the product with staff in charge at the Pick-up Counter as being delivered to a customer. * Please be advised that all the purchased item(s) is sent directly from the warehouse storage without checking from the staff at the sunglasses store. * When an online purchase is made the receipt can be used for warranty. (Following the purchase, the order information can be confirmed by the customer’s passport information and this can be also used as warranty). * Exchange is possible only if there is a problem detected at the Duty-Free Pick-up Counter. However, if it is out of stock, only refund will be available. * The damaged or lost gift/sunglasses case given cannot be exchanged or returned. * Color of product lens may appear different from the actual product depending on the monitor resolution and shooting light and it cannot be a cause of product defect. * The sunglasses case will be provided at random.

6. Products that are not received by the customer will be automatically canceled 10 days after the departure date. Points and coupons for orders may expire depending on the expiration date. However, it may take up to 16 days depending on the location of the product.

On purchasing duty-free products
- 1.Carry-on instructions may differ depending on the flight information, so please check in advance.
- 2.Please confirm the airport and delivery point before receiving the product.
- 3.Please check the regulations on exchanging duty-free items and returns.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

Cancellation/Exchange Application Information
- 1. Online application: You can apply directly on the [Customer Center]>[1:1 Inquiry] page.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

Cancel

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

1. A/S service will be held at the Shilla Duty Free Shop head office (Seoul store).
- - When visiting the Seoul store of The Shilla Duty Free Shop by A/S service, please carry a voucher or passport.
- - 一Some products are not covered by A/S service. For detailed inquiries, please contact the customer center or store.

Purchase and exemption limit

- There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
Bringing duty-free items to Korea

- When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
-　If not declared voluntarily, additional tax may be levied or subject to penalties under the customs law.
-　When entering Korea by carrying duty-free items, the total amount of duty-free purchase is up to $ 600.
Exchange/refund

- You can request an exchange refund via international mail directly from overseas. If you enter Korea with more than $ 600 of duty-free goods, you will be entitled to an exchange refund only by declaring your goods at the customs office.

- When the goods are imported exceeding the exemption range, the estimated tax amount can be checked through "Customs tax website" (www.customs.go.kr) with "Estimation of estimated tax amount".
