Swarovski provides 12 months of warranty period of the date of purchase. For watches, the warranty period is 24 months (starting from 2015.10.05.)

- You need to have warranty statement/card receipt that states the official store of purchase, date of purchase and product number written by the store of purchase.
- You cannot get benefited by the warranty if the product was fixed by a third party or by the store.
- A/S fee will be charged for exchanging/repairing 18K needle for the earrings even if its within the warranty period.
- A/S is not possible for crystal stone jewelries sizing bigger than 1cm diameter.
- Only the attached stones can be repaired. Stones which are fixed into a bezel cannot be repaired. Take this into consideration when purchasing the product.
- Hook shaped earrings, sliding, magnetic closure bracelets cannot be repaired for the damage caused on the hook and lock.
- Lock for charm products cannot be repaired.
- in case of the situations provided under, repairing is not possible.
a. If there’s no parts left to repair (ex) the product was released 3 years or more ago, and has been discontinued.
b. If the product is Men’s, accessory, key ring, ballpoint pen, or uses leather, alcantara.(due to the characteristic of the product)
c. If the damage was caused by the customer’s negligence and carelessness.
d. If the broken ceramic part is missing.
 

- refund or exchange for the damage caused by the customer’s negligence or due to the characteristic of the material used is not possible.
- Refund, exchange, or return of the product with damage caused by the customer’s negligence is not possible.
- In case of returning due to change of mind, if the components that were once in the initial package are missing, exchange or refund is not possible.

Do not soak your crystal products in water. - Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance. - Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners. - When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints. - Avoid contact with water. Fashion watches are only for daily water-resistance, and excessive temperature changes or external environments such as cosmetics, perfume, etc., may cause discoloration. - For products with crystal stone setting, stones may come off due to moisture/sweat/perfume/cosmetics, etc. - Placing your watch near devices generating strong magnetic fields may cause time difference and malfunction of the watch, and shorten the battery life. - Avoid any impact that might damage your watch or affect its running. - Watch bands are not eligible for repairs as they are expendables.     - Magnetic fields from computer, mobile phone, magnetic locks, and etc. is the cause of the malfunctioning of the watch and could shorten the life span of battery.

    - Watch is made of several small parts which are weak to external shocks. Smashing it or dropping it could break the product.

    - Watch bands are not possible to be repaired. Not every band for every watch are possible to be exchanged.

    Expendables: watch strap(leather, metal), watch case, glass, stem, buckle, dial, etc.

    - Battery’s usage period is not counted from the date of purchase, but from the date of manufacture. The watch could stop right after purchasing it. This is not product defect. Exchanging battery within the warranty period is free for once.

    - It is not possible to refund or exchange the product if the watch got scratched or the band has been adjusted before or after wearing the product.
