2. Self-cutting is possible for most belt strap. If you need cutting services for belt straps, it is provided only at the purchased shop. Cutting services are not available at department stores.
3. The case can get damaged during transport. If you wish for bubble wrap packaging, please request through the Customer Messages field.
4. Products with additional discount can have minor scratches. Customers who purchased this product must check the product condition at the airport pickup area.
Exchanges and refunds after product pickup are not available since they are discounted products.
5. The emblem at the center is finished after an artisan’s hand-crafting process for each and every piece. The emblem is located at the center and when attaching the emblem, it is applied with pressure through a machine operated by hand, and therefore the position may be slightly away from the center. This feature does not dramatically impede its look and is not regarded as customer’s complaint in accordance with Montblanc’s policy.
6. The engraving service is not provided at the duty free store. It can be received at the Montblanc Boutique in department stores [with a fee] after product pickup upon your presentation of the warranty certificate.
 It takes about 2~3 weeks, but this can differ depending on the circumstance of the boutique you visit. Please call the boutique to inquire before visiting.
7. All products of Montblanc use Italian leather and the country of origin of each product differs by Italy, Germany, and Spain, depending on where the finishing process takes place. The country of origin cannot be selected and will be shipped randomly.
※ Glazing on leather products may come off or crack due to friction or when in contact with humidity/contaminants during use.
※ This is not covered by warranty and Montblanc does not provide additional glazing service.
※ All Montblanc briefcases cannot be used as laptop bags. Refrain from carrying heavy objects as the connecting area may get damaged.
