Free repair is possible in case of product defect within 90 days (Some items may not be eligible for repair service, and free repair is not possible if it is not an internal defect such as negligence in use, damage by force, shock, use of chemicals, discoloration, etc.) Be sure to retain the warranty as proof of purchase. -Wearing counterfeit or non-PANDORA brand charms may damage the PANDORA bracelet and void the warranty. When combined with charms not manufactured by the company, exchanges and repairs are not allowed. PANDORA's products may change their appearance when exposed to extreme environments or chemical reactions. - Due to the circumstances of the Pandora store, if the departure date is less than D-2 days, the order may be cancelled, so please order leisurely.

- Pandora products may have a difference in degree of oxidation(oxidation treatment) due to nature of manufacturing process. It is not a defect and refunds/exchanges due to degree of oxidation are not available.
- Discoloration and product deformation can occur during prolonged contact with sweat, water and air. - Take care not to drop these on hard surfaces or expose to hard knocks.
- The bracelet chain, commonly known as the snake chain, is made out of many little rings which are twisted very tightly on the chain. When buying a new bracelet, it should be fairly tight to avoid loss. There should be no more than two fingers space between your wrist and bracelet.
- Size adjustments or exchanges/refunds of rings and bracelets after the products have been picked up are not available. Please be advised that you try on for right size at a Pandora store before you purchase.
- For leather bracelets, we do not put a charm until the end of the screw due to the leather's characteristic.
- Natural color variations may occur from one gemstone to another; this is a characteristic of the stone material and part of what makes each one unique.

*Goods for Customer Service Customers can get Customer Service for all goods purchased at Shilla Duty-Free Shop and a warranty is needed for it (an exchange ticket(coupon), a receipt, passport number are also needed.). Customer caused-defects in the product such as a silver chain, a leather chain, a charm, etc. are repaired with a customer's expense. Customers cannot request for Customer Service at Shilla Duty-Free Shop with the product purchased at a department store.
Any goods purchased at Shilla Duty-Free Shop can be requested for Customer Service but a service expense may be charged to a customer in some cases. (Since July 1, 2013, ₩20,000 is charged for cleaning the product purchased in Korea, ₩50,000 purchased in overseas or the product with no purchasing record.) *Free Customer Service Period Defects of the product found in 2 weeks after departure day will be repaired for free and charged for the product after that. Defects caused by an impact, chemicals or water are impossible to be repaired.
