Caution for Use -There may be scratches that occur during the manufacturing process or marks that appear to have been left unfinished during the painting process. (Oxidation occurs immediately after manufacturing, so there may be stains/patterns due to oxidation)
- Impurities such as black dots may inevitably occur during the product manufacturing process. If the mole is 2 to 3 mm or less in size, it is in the normal category.
- Some of the glass products have MOUTH-BLOWN GLASS. The characteristic of this product line is that it is a product line that blows glass directly with the mouth.
The thickness and shape are not completely symmetrical/uniform. Additionally, due to the manufacturing nature of the product, bubbles may occur.
Quality Assurance Standard - This product is a genuine product officially imported from Shilla Duty Free through an official importer.
- Free after-sales service is available within 6 months from the date of delivery (except for repairs due to customer carelessness)
- During the free A/S period, free A/S is available only for parts caused by product defects.

    ■ A/S Information
     
     - Free after-sales service is available only for product defects that occur within one year from the collection date, excluding after-sales service due to user request or negligence.
     
     - When inquiring after-sales service at the customer center, we must check your purchase details (Exchange voucher/Receipt number, etc.).
     
     - It is difficult to provide after-sales service through the brand's official A/S center for parallel import products, regardless of whether they have a brand warranty or not.
