* You can receive more convenient A/S for this product by using the website (www.kekras.co.kr) (if you are an online member, you can benefit from a 12-month warranty period that is extended by 6 months)
* However, damage caused by careless handling will be subject to A/S for a fee even within the warranty period.
* Depending on the degree of damage, complete recovery may not be possible. Due to the nature of imported products, A/S may not be available for parts that cannot be supplied from the country of origin.
