3. The product is stored in the warehouse at the same state of being imported. When you place an order, the product is shipped directly at the same state of being imported, without inspection from the sunglass store staff member. This product is not fitted at all, so if you have any difficulty using it, please call the store after returning to your country.
4. When purchased on the internet, the receipt replaces the warranty certificate.

6. Glasses frames are fashion consumables that are highly susceptible to damage from the moment they are opened, so they cannot be exchanged or refunded after departure. Please check immediately after receiving. If you have any problems, please speak to the delivery staff.
