Caution Eyewear is easy to break, so it need delicate caution. Check the product when you receive the product. If the product gets exposed to high temperature, cosmetics, sweat, sea water, then it may cause deformation and uncoating. So make sure to use cleaner(for sunglasses) after washing with water. Due to the lens' feature it may cause dizziness at wearing, but it is not a manufacture defect, it needs 1-159months of adjustment period. Even the product is same model, it may be differ from texture and symmetry depending on wearer. It is not defect, so refund and exchange is not available. Get fitting service near glasses store or duty free store. (Exchange and refund not available due to the fitting)
Quality Assurance Standard 1. When applying for purchased product services, present receipt and warranty certificate and contact purchased store.
2. For manufacturing defects, free purchased product services are available for 1 year from the date of purchase. However, cost may incur depending on the repair. (Repair fees for damages caused by customer’s mishandling will be charged.)
3. The process duration of purchased product services is 2~3 weeks depending on the conditions and for imported products, repairs may not be available for parts that cannot be provided by the manufacturing country.
