- For products that have problems with fit when first purchased or over time, please receive fitting service at a nearby professional eyewear store. Customers will be responsible for the cost.
- Depending on the characteristics of the lens, you may feel dizzy due to the difference in curvature or gradation, but this is not a manufacturing defect and an application period of 1 to 2 months may be required.
- To minimize lens scratches and frame damage, please use a cloth to clean the lens and store it in the case.
- Chemicals, salt, hair products, cosmetics, perfume, etc. can contaminate and damage the lens surface as well as the rim, so be careful not to get them on the lens.

When receiving customer A/S, it will be processed according to the regulations indicated below.
- Sunglasses are fragile accessories and have no warranty period, and all abnormalities after delivery must be repaired at the customer's expense. (Transportation fee, delivery fee, quick service, etc.)
- Since the purchased product has passed customs as a duty-free product, an exchange or refund is absolutely not possible unless the source is defective.
- Please check whether there is any abnormality when you receive the product at the delivery place.
- A/S may not be possible depending on the degree of product damage, and the period may vary depending on whether the parts are procured or not.
- Since the product is discontinued every two years, it is not possible to apply for aftersales service for discontinued products or products that have passed two years from the date of purchase.
- The screw is not fixed, so it can be loosened while wearing it. Tightening it often and loosening the screw is the warranty range, not the defect.
