Cancel | Order cancellation - 1. If you are forced to cancel the order, please check the following contents.
- - You can cancel the order with "MY Shilla" before delivery of goods.
- - If the item is delivered or has arrived at the delivery facility, either contact the customer center or write a comment on the customer Service Center > 1:1 consultation page, you can get support from Shilla.
- 2. It may take time to apply and complete cancellation. It takes up to 24 hours to apply for cancellation outside business hours.
- 3. After completing the cancellation, the point used at the time of ordering will be returned to the customer again. (Without points disappeared) Participating events or gift items will be lost.
- 4. It is impossible to recover orders after completion of cancellation.
- 5. When ordering again, situations such as discount rate of goods, price fluctuation due to exchange fluctuations, stock shortage of goods/gift items may occur.
- 6. There is a system inspection every day from 23:00 to 7:00 in Korean time. You can not cancel order during that time
Fees cancellation/refund - 1. Order cancellation fee there is no.
- 2. After order cancellation, all settlement by foreign issued credit card etc will be refunded within 15 days. For repayment inquiries please write a note on +82-2-2639-6000 or "1: 1 inquiry".

Returned goods | Returns and exchanges - Remarks on returns and exchanges of duty-free products
- 1. Purchased at Shilla Duty Free Shop - To apply for returns due to product quality issues, please contact the Shilla Duty Free Shop's Customer Center within 30 days after delivery. Shilla Duty Free Shop Customer Center (+82-2-2639-6000)
- 2. Be sure to accept receipt Application can be made within 30 days after.
- - For international exchange and return due to customer change of mind, international mail will be used and transportation cost will be borne by the customer.
- - When you re-enter Korea, you can return it if you have a duty-free item you want to replace.
- 3. Duty-free item exchanges and refunds are processed under customs law.
- - The Items Over $800 : The refund or exchange can be made if requested via international mail from overseas or after brought in Korea if declared the Items at customs of customer's own motive upon arrival. ※ A proof of residence proving long-term resident will be required if Korean customer wants the refund via international mail from overseas. ※ The direct exchange is not possible, so the customers need to cancel the items brought in Korea and repurchase them when leaving Korea.
(The exchanges/refunds of duty free items are processed in accordance to the Customs Law.) - - If the amount of the item to be exchanged or returned is less than $800, please deliver it to Korea using international mail abroad, or submit the item you want to replace when you re-enter Korea.
In case you couldn't receive the product as leaving Korea - 1. If you have not received the order item, you can refund the item price after contacting the customer center. Or if you plan to re-enter Korea, we may be able to receive items depending on the circumstances, so please contact customer center.
- 2. Unreceived products will be automatically canceled 10 days after the departure date, and the reserves and coupons used for the order may be extinguished depending on the expiration date. However, it may take up to 16 days depending on the location of the product.
- 3. Full refund will be made to the account specified by the customer within 15 days after canceling the order.
